With all the confusion here regarding build dates, pushed dates, NO communications etc...Who has reached out to Ford directly? If you have, did you get a response? If so, how did you reach out?
I am sure there are a lot of people here who would like to do the same but have no idea how to.

I reached out to them after my order didn’t show up in their systems. They were totally useless, so honestly I would never contact them again.

Was wondering how much help they would be.
Guessing you'd need to know the exact place to contact, or better yet, the right PERSON to contact.

Depends on what type of information you are looking for... but there isn't much FoMoCo will share directly.

They have their dedicated Bronco Specialist Team ( 800-334-4375)... which is generally just for information that you can otherwise find here (options, timelines, reservation q's, etc.).

When it comes to *specific* questions about your *specific* reservation and order, FoMoCo just redirects people right back to the dealer.

There's a couple reasons for this... the CS team literally may not be able to see info in the system that your dealer can... but more over, the dealerships have ultimate control. The dealers are independent and are the ones that are technically selling you the Bronco. (Ford is just the supplier of Broncos to the dealer.)

Because all the negotiations about price and delivery and everything else is between the dealer and you, FoMoCo is never going to be willing to give any information.

A great example of this is priority ranking. Historically priority ranking is a way for a dealership to give preference of some buyers over the others... sometimes customers know their priority, but often they don't. That's why Ford's official position is to not discuss things like priority with customers who call in... because they don't see it's their place to discuss it.

For better or worse, your avenue for all things Bronco and order related, is through your dealer. That's why so many of us did some heavy shopping around and Ford allowed for reservation transfers, because customer service was so bad at some places (not just ineptitude, but huge markups as well).

Good news is that basically everything anyone might want to know can be sussed out here on the forum. I've seen lots of people educate themselves here and then approach their dealer (with facts) and achieve positive outcomes.

It just sucks that we have to advocate so hard for ourselves.

would you be expecting different news from the email they sent out? I doubt ford would give out better info then an a mass email they sent out that was worded perfectly to not give any real info.

What info would you be trying to obtain? You can tweet to your hearts content at the Ford CEO. It might make you feel better, but you’re not getting any new info or clarity.

Funny enough - I had Ford reach out to me on Twitter (at least a week or more after I had posted something that wasn't even directed at them but mentioned the Bronco). I went along because I was curious (I really didn't expect anything) and they took my info and said someone would be in touch. I then got an email a week later that basically said they needed all my info (again - so why did they take it in the first place?) but also suggested contacting my dealer. I didn't follow-up, so I'd assume reaching out isn't going to get you more than you already know, unfortunately.

I think they're getting a lot of inquiries.

They're not going to build your Bronco any faster if you hound them.

😂 Calling Susie in the call center isn’t going to net you much information. Cracks me up when people call, call centers expecting ground breaking information, they’re reading from a script or whatever they’ve been handed from their employer that you already know.

I got an email from Mike Levine during the dealer unauthorized conversion fiasco. Then I received several follow up calls from a dedicated Bronco Care team specialist…. I am very happy with the Ford side, dealer notsomuch.

I think for many it isn't a matter of "speeding up the process" as much as it is clarification.
Shit...I have a few family members BUILDING my Bronco and I know I'm not getting it any faster LOL!
But I'll get a text from them when they see my VIN# pop up for production if it's on their shift 😎

I have called Ford directly several times. I called and found out prior to my email that my build was moved from June 21st to week of July 5th. In addition, today when I checked on my bronco status on the ford site it said my VIN didn't exist. I called again and got an exact build date of the 7th of July. I think they have been very helpful with regard to info before emails are sent. I would recommend calling them!

Well put and it stresses just how important it is to find and use a fair and knowledgeable dealer in this land mine filled territory.
