I tried both ways. It’s so weird. One day it said In Transit and then a couple of days later it said Awaiting Shipment. That sounds backwards to me.

But now my Ford Pass app is throwing error codes at me. It’s like it’s not linked properly anymore?

Sounds like you figured it out. That's the dealership's sales code. they may not recognize it because of the letter in the middle. it should be a 5-digit number

I’ve been getting this error for 2 days. Should I remove the VIN and reload it?

I dusted my window sticker and I'm pretty confident I found the dealer code thanks to you saying it's five digits with a letter in the middle. Is there anything a simpleton like myself can do with this code?
