Wait Ford has a communication Strategy? You mean all this wonderful communication and misinformation is following a Strategy ? Wow that’s great to hear.
Make no mistake, this is very much a scripted plan. You and I are still planning to buy a Bronco? I would say the plan is working very well! ;)

Please know I’m kidding. I wish heavy sarcasm had an internet Font
The sarcasm switch works, /s.

But yes, I spotted it is as good sarcasam, unfortunately, some cannot spot serious posts, even when there is photo evidence, of course, they are all fake photos.

Lol as if I'd buy not-a-bronco! I'll admit it, Ford's got me by the balls with this truck.

Wait, @Bronc-O, seriously, you were the last forum member who I would have ever guessed would throw in the towel. o_O

What did you end up buying?
I bought an Aviator. It was between that and or an F-150 Tremor. The Aviator was on the lot and they gave me decent offer on my trade, good incentive and personal cash, low bank rate and X plan. I knew by the time my Bronco would arrive, most of that wouldn't be available, plus still no Mod top. Here we are well August and still no build date, so I feel I made the right move. I can always revisit Bronco in a couple of year when things settle down and likely will have much more to offer.

Somehow I pictured you in an Aviator, good choice, I would love that adaptive suspension on the Bronco, enjoy it.

I'm not sure how anyone reading Bronco6g for the last month could have possibly missed the multiple threads on Webasto Hard top and Soft top problems, delamination, snakeskin pattern, becoming transparent in the sun, and thats just the hard top. The soft top, misaligned, saggy windows, does not stay in position, and wears through the fabric in a couple of weeks.

Now lets not even mention the fact that Ford canceled Webasto's Modular Hard top contract as they could not perform.

Speculation, I guess thats what you call all the photos members have posted of these issues on their own personal Bronco's.

thanks for the response. Just curious what people think about all the hard top orders being sent out? Fixed? Not fixed? If not fixed, then why not send out all the ones on the lot the picture references? Are there more issues with those in addition to the tops? If only tops, why not replace those tops before manufacturing new vehicles with hard tops? In the mean time, they could make and fulfill soft top orders. Questions like this is why I asked if it was fact or speculation. Mine will be built Friday and it IS a hardtop.

Full speed production started a whole 5 days ago. I realize it seems like an eternity since 7/13/20, but it is 125,000 units...
I wouldn’t call it full speed production when they won’t be building them two out of four weeks this month.

Just curious as to how many of you are considering moving on from the Bronco?

Not going to lie I don't want to cancel my order but the more I see what's going on with quality issues and the delay getting worse I might walk soon.

Ive been without a vehicle for over 1 year now waiting for this. I really thought I'd have it by now or at least early Fall. It's now looking like we'll deep into 2022 and beyond. I'm a July 29th 2020 reservation.

I built a reserved a 2 door Basequatch in Velocity Blue.

I don't know if it's just because I'm going crazy or what but I've been looking hard into Jeeps. There's a lot I like about the Bronco better but there are some things about the Jeep I like better. And I have a feeling for 2022 Jeep will make some updates and offer more goodies to compete with Ford. I guess we'll see soon. One major thing I like better is the better color options. I really like Sarge Green. I also like Nacho and Gecko.

Like I said I don't want to cancel my order but I don't know how much longer I can wait. I might just say screw it and order me a 2022 2 door Jeep Willys. Seems like a nice little package. And I do like the way Jeep has more of a military look especially with the 2 door with Sarge Green.

I don't know. Am I crazy? Anyone else feeling this way? I know there's a lot of die hards here but this is crazy.
Just do it. Drive the Jeep for a few years while Ford sorts their shit out. It seems like it’s going to take them at least that long. You don’t owe them any loyalty at this point. The Wranglers barely depreciate, you you won’t lose hardly anything.

Bronco parts surely had a head start, but got stuck in the middle of the pandemic and things came to a screeching halt for a year. Maverick has obviously had pretty smooth sailing and being a less complex vehicle has few potential issues.
But most of the tooling for the Maverick was being made when everything came to halt and not everything came to halt I am a tool&die maker and my company did not shut down not even for a day plus as much more money Ford well make off selling a Bronco over a Maverick you think they say fuck the Maverick lets worry about making sure we get Broncos on the street first

I couldn't take it any more. I have wanted a bronco since I sold my last one. Day one reservation and my wife knew how excited I was by it...on 6g all the time, watching YouTube videos, talking about it all the time, etc. So many let downs along the way that it seemed to be more pain than joy over time and kind of an embarrassment. I sold my bronco (once it gets out of quarantine) and I am so relieved. I am excited to get a new jeep and leave this mess behind me. Still need to get the bronco to deliver to the new buyer so pain isn't totally over yet which is what brings me here. Definitely not the same level of stress and frustration though. Buying a new car does not need to be torture....
Are you hearing all this, @Ford Motor Company ?

Definitely at wits end. This is my first Ford, and my first time trying to order something exactly how we want it. Been building and wheeling Toyota's for 20 years now, this Bronco was supposed to replace our modified 2015 4runner Trail Premium. But, after taking the 4runner on two more wheeling trips out west that we were hoping were going to be in the Bronco, we are now seriously considering replacing the 4runner with a Gx460 and just writing this train wreck off. We still have our Land Cruiser on 40's for hardcore wheeling, and our 1st gen 4runner for top down cruising. I'm trying to be patient, but this is getting rediculous.
