Sam, I'll wave at you when we pass. I already have the Jeep, and Corvette wave when I'm out and about in those. It will quite easy to add the "Bronco Wave" to my repertoire. I already have carple tunnel from the amount of Jeeps that are on the road, so a few more waves ain't gonna hurt.

Just funny that when you attend a jeep jamboree people wave for about 10 minutes at 1000 other jeeps then everyone says f this.

Yesterday I got a wave from a first gen bronco driver which was cool.

Watching bikers constantly give each other the peace sign time after time driving down the highway is probably the reason I don't want a motorcycle.... even a sick go-fast bike.


I don't like running into old friends at the supermarket, so I especially don't want to be constantly acknowledging randos on the interstate.

I daily drive a 2D JK and I don’t wave at Jeeps. Frankly
I just don’t care. I prefer paying attention to where I’m going. The JK thing is new for me, I guess I’m a Tacoma guy at heart. Did I wave at other Tacoma drivers? No. Did I occasionally share a nod at a stop light with a similarly built rig? Yes, but they were rare. Jeeps are everywhere around here!

Do I plan to wave at other Bronco drivers when my 2D finally arrives? No offense but nope. I’ll still be busy paying attention to where I’m headed.

That said, I’ll look forward to the subtle nod at the stop light.

Listen - I know its a "Jeep Thing" but its also a general enthusiast vehicle thing.
There is a corvette wave, so why not a Bronco wave?

Living in Metro Detroit I am beginning to see a good number of Bronco's out there and only 1 driver waved to me (thanks lady!).
We've all been waiting 10+ years plus for this thing, why not enjoy it?

When I fist got mine in October, I accidentally waved at a Wrangler, since I've been doing it for 14 years. The guy flipped me off. It cracked me up. I wondered what it took to get a supposedly laid back Jeep owner to flip me off. Just assumed he was insecure. If I was driving my Jeep, I would have waved back to a Bronco. Of course, I grew up in the country and everyone waved at everyone else. Oh well. So much for being friendly.
