I was going to get a four door then I had an epiphany- if I'm cool with four doors then I should've just bought a Rubicon three years ago when I graduated and finally had my own money, but that's not what I want. I'm in the same boat as a lot of you. would four doors be more convenient, sure. but then it's just not a bronco.

Only reason I would go with a four door is the dimensions are so close to the FSB's of yore....still like mine with 2 doors and tailgate:cool: the best

I completely disagree. Different strokes for different folks. To me, no comparison. 2 Door all the way. And I will be able to put my dogs in the back, go camping etc. Enjoy your 4 door

Another subjective thread about 2 vs 4 door lol idgaf what other people think or what it ā€œscreamsā€ to people. Iā€™m getting a 2 door because itā€™s all I need. Iā€™m not even going to say that it looks better (but I just did) because itā€™s subjective and my opinion and who cares. It feels good to be able to say that Iā€™m not buying more vehicle than I need lol

The number of 2-door fans that can't recognize this as a copy-pasta of the other thread is hilarious. Also, the wildly defensive nature of the 2-door folks is worrying. I'll wave to ya but I guess only 4-door-dads will wave back. lol
Even with the other post from page 1 and your response, clearly no one that responds realizes your parody! Good job! You have me cracking up!

I want one of each, but getting the 4 door first. I need something to sleep in for hunting and I carry more than an old, metal Transformers lunchbox and thermos. Sometimes I go to multiple states to hunt with out returning home and the 2 door is not up to ice chests (plural-means more than one to those of you in Rio Linda;)). BUT after 3 years my oldest daughter will be driving that one and the 2 door will come my way because then it will just be me 99% of the time in it. I can take the 4 door hunting when I need it.

So that solves it, get one of each.

Can you get the pullout tailgate with the 2DR? My understanding is that it only can be added to a 4DR.

I love how the 2dr looks. But wanting to take some people and stuff on my adventures, and not just off-road, I need the extra space of the 4dr. That cross-country road trip I'll be taking with my dogs and family late next year would be a total nightmare in the 2dr. Despite how cool it looks it just doesn't work for me. Call me a phony and smirk all you want if that makes you feel better, I don't really care and will be loving my 4dr Bronco just the same.

Are you sure you don't have this completely backwards? Lol

2 door looks wayyy better

And you said if you didn't have kids and didn't have too share with your wife, you'd get a 4 door?!?

You've got to be trolling ?

Why get a 2 door Bronco instead of a Crew Cab Bronco?
Here are a few reasons: itā€™s lighter, itā€™s easier to parallel park, it fits between the ditches if you get sideways on a slippery dirt road, itā€™s more maneuverable in almost all situations, it has plenty of room for two people and their gear, get the roof rack and thereā€™s room for four people and their gear.
Iā€™m planning to buy a basic Base 2 door with the Sasquatch package because lockers are cheap insurance that Iā€™m probably gonna need occasionally. The only things Iā€™ll need to add are window tint and a little smaller tires, maybe narrower wheels and the base fender flairs. Iā€™ve got 230,000 miles on my Jeep, Iā€™m definitely stoked about the new Bronco!

This makes me worried about the future of the Bronco. How long before they turn it into just another family hauler? When I hear people say itā€™s impractical all I can think of is ā€œof course... itā€™s not a ā€˜Practical vehicleā€™ā€ itā€™s a off roader. How many four door sports cars are out there?
so please if you feel you have to pack 5 people a dog and a whole bunch of stuff then buy the Bronco Sport. This vehicle might not be for you. Almost every vehicle currently made is for that. But there are precious few light nimble pure off roaders in the world. Please Ford donā€™t turn this into a family SUV.
