Why should I get the Sasquatch package with a Badlands purchase?

Can I confirm- Have people been able to actually order the 4.7 ratio diff on Badlands with the automatic/2.7, without Sasquatch?

As far as I know, you can only add those parts in the aftermarket, not as a package from Ford. The only difference is tires, wheels and a small bump stop as the Badlands comes standard with everything else.

Sasquatch also adds .4" in lift through the use of taller coilovers compared to non-Sas Badlands. I also think you are incorrect in saying you can order 4.7 gearing without Sasquatch (with automatic). It shows thta way in B&P, but is reportedly a mistake.

This was my understanding- Just hoping I was wrong. Over a year in and I still find myself second guessing whether or not to get SAS on the Badlands.

I'd feel better if I could get the 4.7 gearing and better future proof future tire upgrades.
