I don't think it would be possible to install the front panels in the wrong orderMake sure you put it on and take it off in the correct order. Simply looks like it hasn’t been installed correctly.

That’s how the weather stripping is supposed to be, nothing wrong other than a shitty design lol. Your mid panel will have the same loose edges. So it appears to be a couple of issues. Thanks to @Ksjrb03 for the TSB on the drivers side. Seems like I can have the dealership do it in a snap given no parts need to be ordered. The passenger side feels like some adhesive is missing on the rear and front of the weather stripping. I'm sure they can to that at the same time.
Here is the front passenger weather stripping.
Here is the rear passenger weather stripping
Both cases seem like they stopped short on the adhesive. Could have the dealership handle it, but afraid they would goop adhesive out the sides, so I might just handle the weather stipping myself and let them handle adjusting the driver side....
Doubtful we'll sit there. Our 21 Bronco can get us around for the day. Everything I do myself on the Broncos. This I would just as soon have the dealer do for free since it's a Ford mistake. It's by the theater so I'll just go on an afternoon date with the wife. They confirmed they can have it done in an hour and a half. Bronco service manager said they had to do the same on his Bronco and others. The center latch points are adjustable. You can take the t-panels off, pull header trim piece and loosen/adjust and reinstall. It is something you can do in your driveway. Unless you are allergic to a small amount of manual labor and have no common sense about ya, why take it in to the dealer and waste valuable breathing and mind decay? I would rather sit in my yard watching flies lust over fresh dog poop than sit for hours waiting hours on other idiots to figure simple shit out.
That's how my 2dr. looks. Seems normalThanks to all that posted. I just had to go look at my 2 DR and took this close up of my DS panel. I then took it off and reinstalled it. no change. I'm hopeful that it'll settle in with time. The truck has yet to see temps above 35 since I brought it home 4 days ago. Aside from the height difference both panels seem well aligned. Is there a big cause for concern here?
My hardtop front panels sit a little higher in relation to the rear shell. And every other one I've seen is the same. I believe that is purposed design element for water flow and airflow during driving. It allows water to pass uninterrupted instead of being blocked by seal and shell or standing water on seal. Thanks to all that posted.
