24s are probably unrealistic.
Maybe just 20s.
How do you lower a vehicle slightly? Get clamps that compress the springs?

think: 2nd gen Lightning, but a bronco.

side outlet exhaust is illegal unless it came stock like the C2, viper and lightning right?

yet there’s a Silverado in my neighborhood with it

No, the wheels will fall off and the truck will catch on fire.

I currently have aftermarket 22’s on my Ram, (same bolt pattern as the Bronco) already looking at 37” tires. Why not?

I don't think you will even find a tire in a diameter that will fit that will take a 24 without modification.

Here is what a 255/40-24 would look like if it even existed. That is a 32" diameter.

You can do it but must make a few mods:
  • Add vape charger
  • Add Insane Clown Posse spare cover
  • Add Bronco-branded man bun scrunchie
  • Delete self esteem

By the way, if you've never watched him, this is Whislindiesel on Youtube. He does a pretty impressive burnout on the wagon wheels :)

Here's a 33x13.5R24. It's close.

I would not recommend using coil clamps. On your Bronco you're going to need shorter springs. Adjustable coil overs would be the way to go but I would bet the first adjustable coil overs to market are probably going to be something like 0-3” of lift and you’re going to need 0-3” of drop. Im sure someone will have a set of shorter ‘sport’ springs on the market this year for a couple of hundred so you can keep the stock struts and replace just the coils.

The side exit exhaust regulation may be specific to where you live. In FL we don't have inspections and you can pretty well do what you want. I cant imagine any issues with side exit, the issue would be side exit in front of the rear axle. If you leave the cats and a muffler you would likely be okay but don't take my word for it.

That’s what I meant, in front of the rear axle.
