I was just wondering if anyone had heard any whispers about a hybrid option coming for 2023?

I wouldn't expect a hybrid option till its launched on the Ranger. I'd say 2024MY or later is more likely.

They still haven't figured out how to build/sell the modular hardtop, which was originally supposed to be a launch option. I wouldn't hold my breath for an entirely new powertrain any time soon. I see those Wrangler 4xes everywhere now, so there is clearly a market. But as long as Ford continues to sell every Bronco they build before they even build it, I don't expect they're in a hurry to change much other than margin-padding stickers+paint 'special editions'.

Let's hope they get a v8 in there first, before they think about going hybrid.
