Any chance Ford dealer would swap BD tires for BL tires on my order ? Or does everything have to be done aftermarket?

It would be a dealer extra, so you just need to ask. Don't worry, they'll adjust the price accordingly. They may or may not give you credit for the BD tires. If they can use them somewhere else, then they will give you something, if not then they dispose of them for you.

Essentially you're asking for a new set of tires to be installed on delivery. I did that for my Tacoma Pro in 2018. They accepted the tires that came on it, so gave me some credit.

Some will and some won't. You have to ask them. There are even some Discount Tire locations that will take new take-offs in trade for credit towards new tires. Again not all.

That would depend on whether you are comparing the stock BD to the stock BL tires, or are you comparing the BL optional 33"s to the stock BD's?
