Steps alone won't, but you probably mean the longer ones. check out Go Rhino....I'd say any of the 5 or 6" width ones will for sure.

No. But they do a good job of blocking paint chips.

Even though I'm getting a non sas OBX, I plan on cutting the ford front flaps and fitting them with my side steps. I'm too paranoid of any rock chips happening.

Wow, lookee there! That gap is a problem!
Meh. There aren’t any rock chips on the doors and you can see what the bottom of the steps look like, so I’ve obviously been through some gravel at speed a few times.

Meh. There aren’t any rock chips on the doors and you can see what the bottom of the steps look like, so I’ve obviously been through some gravel at speed a few times.
I think that's what he meant. Without the steps you possibly would have a lot of rock chips on the door due to that gap. I don't like the look of the steps personally but I also don't like rock chips so between PPF and the steps I'm assuming I'll be okay.

Thanks, I was confused. FWIW I only put the steps on when headed off road. Not a fan of the look, either.
