Once removed, does a flat surface remain?Yes, they're removable in the 2 door.
No way is that possible.Once removed, does a flat surface remain?
Thats not only possible, thats exactly what i hope the 2 door rear seat area is. I had an old Geo Tracker as a first car and love the cargo space in the back for this exact reason. Took the seats out and it was a completely flat floor minus two little recessed hooks where the seat bottoms grabbed when the seats were folded down. They had a hinge on the front on the seat if you just wanted to fold them up but i ripped them out for space purposes usually. A lot of times I just kept just the passenger seat installed in the back and the other side totally open for cargo. THats probably exactly what Ill do with a Bronco 2 door when I buy one.No way is that possible.
Take the seats out and grind off the mounting hardward. Done!No way is that possible.

Hopefully mounting points are recessed into the floor/walls so there won't be anything sticking up.Take the seats out and grind off the mounting hardward. Done!
Agree, I was just kidding.Hopefully mounting points are recessed into the floor/walls so there won't be anything sticking up.
So the statements made above:
Are they guesses or are they known for a fact? What evidence is there that any statement is true for the 2 door?
- Seats are removable
- Seats can be folded flat
- Seats once removed create a flat surface
I haven't seen Ford say they are removable. I haven't see Ford say the 2 door rear seats fold flat. I would guess they fold (at least close) to flat but it's a guess.
I suppose anything is removable with the right tools, but are they designed to be removed, like the 2 door Wrangler?
#3 Above sounds like a statement of fact. I wasn't sure if anyone had seen it published somewhere or had inside info.I don't see anyone making statements. Only questions, guesses, and hopes.
Fold, yes probably, but I doubt they could fold flat. We're hoping it's flat once removed.
I've yet to see anyone say they know that's true. We just hope it is because it's what makes the most sense if we were designing the vehicle. I think most of us assume it to be the case until it's proven otherwise.#3 Above sounds like a statement of fact. I wasn't sure if anyone had seen it published somewhere or had inside info.
