Will the high mount rough country winch interfere with anything on a base SAS. Collision control? Cruise? Anything?

Essentially, Nope. Minimal cooling interference is about it.

I can see some with the winch control box relocated. I can’t see downward like for rock crawling. I haven’t decided fully what I want to do.

Aside from the front camera interference, this solution looks like it would fit with my JCR prerunner bar. I’d like to find/make something similar out of aluminum that is a bit lower profile to the bumper to block the camera less.

Almost sideways on wife’s Bronco. I did the same setup.

That's not bad, it looks much closer than the factory set up.
It also doesn't look like it would interfere with the approach angle.

Here’s a side by side of the RC Vs the ford setup. On a base Sasquatch it’s not going to affect anything. Simple install keeps a great approach angle.

I really don’t want to add 120# (49# for the mount and 70# for the winch) on the front bumper, but this setup does look really good compared to most options.

Weight is a concern for me too, but with different setup. I added a Westin XTS bumper with winch and not sure total weight gain, but probably 140# over stock plastic bumper. I lost almost 1-1/2” of height on the front and steering felt much heavier and had more brake dive. For now the winch is back off and trying to scheme how to correct the sag without replacing shocks. SAS Bilsteins, S code spring. Looking for input.

Just going to a V6 spring should get you most of the way there. V6 Sasquatch is probably just about perfect.
