I feel like if you pop the handle and waited 1/2 a second before pulling the door open it would drop down and not be an issue. Something to get used i guess 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have heard of it, but in my experience the three I have been in/driven did not have that issue and I purposely watched for it when I opened the doors. Hopefully it is easily remedied for you.

in my case, driver's side is 'normal' like other cars with frameless doors. passenger's side is getting caught and wobbles even if i wait 1/2 second to open after pulling handle.

Reset the window limits.

Lower window, hold window switch five seconds. Raise window, hold window switch five seconds. Repeat two times. Roll window back up. Exit vehicle normally.

There’s a way to reset the window. I read it on here somewhere…it might be in the manual.

I had these type of windows on my mustang. I did have an issue a few times but honestly not something I really thought about or minded.

You can’t just open the door. You need to pop it open give it a second and the window will come down.

16 Mustang here myself. The windows would not index when I opened the door when I got it. Window reset, and now it indexes and is almost instant. They can index before the latch releases enough to open the door now.

Sorry but this is 2021, no way we should have to wait a second to open it after engaging. Technology has come far enough where they can engineer the motor, relays, and trigger to get it down with a standard “reasonable” attempt to open. I would understand if someone HULKed the door open but that video is a reasonable speed. Hope the reset works, otherwise I would stay on my dealer to fix it!

Does anyone have this problem on a Bronco with the High Package or Lux Package?

I have the lux package and haven’t noticed this issue on mine. I’ll keep a lookout for it though.
