My driver window glass rattles off and on as well as some of the other windows. Love the frameless windows but is Ford going to come out with a solution? Already did the bottom door adjustment trick and it helped a little.

Not a window expert but seems like the glass would sit in some sort of channel and Ford could offer some type of buffer to hold it more snug and not vibrate against such a hard contact surface.

Surprised nobody has taken the door apart and offering an aftermarket fix.

Maybe I'm in the minority with the occasional window rattle while window is rolled up?

Maybe 2025 will have improvements.

Mine suck too, my good dealer tried adjusting everything, but they still have issues.

The 2 Door is probably worse.

Funny story.

At the Bronco Raptor Off-Roadeo (Labor Day 2023) we were told to inspect our vehicles for any damage prior to hitting the trails. I mentioned the glass was extremely loose and shaking really bad.

The guide said to me, “Do you off-road?” I said yes. He said, ”No, do you really off-road like we do? These vehicles go through a lot of abuse and the glass shaking is to be expected.”

I guess his argument was that any other manufacturers 4x4 would be toast if it went through the same trip over and over again Like Bronco Raptor. I can only imagine how much the FP team will learn after analyzing the off-roadeo fleet.

Still the same information that’s been out. Sometime in Q3
Do you have a link or pic of the info you're talking about? Do you know if it includes the auto window drop down when unlocking that they had for a little while?

My partners '22 4dr front door windows rattle something terrible. we were told by 2 different dealers that the fix for the window rattle was going to be released Q4 2023..nothing ever came. We are now heading into Q2 '24...is it really that hard of a fix? My '23 never rattled and my '24 I have now doesn't rattle at all regardless how much the windows are down or how rough the road. Did Ford put this mystery fix in the '24s already but aren't saying anything about it?

This is specifically for the rattle over bumps.

The window drop feature is no longer available on vehicles not built with it.

Thanks for sharing. And yeah, I went to make an appointment for the window drop feature recently and found out they stopped doing it a couple months ago. Hope they bring it back

I also cannot have my windows partially open on the highway, they will rattle.

Even crazier. I cannot roll my windows up at highway speeds, they will be misaligned.

Two weeks ago my dealer looked at flashing in the window drop feature on mine, but yeah like you said, my Bronco was not eligible.

Flop fix? Tell me more. Can you provide link. I did the bottom of the door trick but it doesn't fix it.
It really should, perhaps you didn't put enough pressure outward while tightening them? I think I actually overdid it with mine and need to back off a hair.

You'd be surprised at how easy that is to fix.

Get yourself a deep 10mm socket. Open the door and lie under it. There's two rubber patches (about 2"x3") (they're plugs actually) on the bottom of the door. They pull out easily.
Loosen the nut (maybe 1/2 turn) just inside that opening and push it to the outside of the door and retighten. Repeat for the other one and replace the plugs.

The hardest part of this process for me is getting up after I'm done. It made a WORLD of difference. I can ride with the windows cracked or 1/2 way down without the annoying rattle. It still MAY happen on a rough patch of road, but is significantly less than it was.

Same - I've done this two or three times now. EIther it loosens itself back up over time (I am afraid to overtorque those bolts, not sure what they are threading into exactly), or it just doesn't hold very well.

It helps some, but I still can't ride with my window just cracked. It's either down at least 6" (and then it will still flop on a big bump), or all the way up/down. Driver's door is the worst.

The last time I did it I definitely had the bracket held all the way outboard using a screwdriver, there wasn't any room for it to move any further out.
