Windshield recall repairs

Has anyone experienced any issues with the repair work on the windshield recall? The dealer that I took mine to said that most of the Broncos they have seen have the issue effecting the pillars on the right/left of the windshield...and in most cases they have a glass shop do the complete repair and replacement of the glass since the glass can crack when they remove windshield for inspection..then, the glass shop returns the vehicle to the dealer where they complete the calibration.

I’m bringing mine in for this and a ton of other little things tomorrow. It’ll be out for an estimated 5-7 business days. This isn’t how long the glass portion takes, I just have some paint and body work happening too.

My service advisor said it’s 50/50 that the windshield breaks upon removal. They also said they use a glass shop.
