The size of the screen itself is what I think will be the cause of smaller screens in the future.
People will soon come to the realization that as drivers we don’t “need” or “want” a NASA control center in our face searing our retinas while driving a car. Or as in the Mach e”s case, multiple screens.
It’s funny how all these laws are gong into effect to put your phones down and to stop texting and driving and no electronics allowed. Meanwhile car manufacturers think we need more screens in our cars and bigger ones to display even more useless information to boot.
The AZ sun ain't toasted your brain yet. You are SPOT ON!

I don't doubt this with the 2.7 liter. Everything I've heard about it is that it is an amazing engine.

I agree use Motorcraft filters every time
My Boss 302 requires a special Motorcraft filter if I remember correctly

I was definitely interested in this since I still have my '99 Ford Explorer Sport & don't like any of the current offerings of their SUV's...even the EDGE ST doesn't do it for me...

After seeing the R Concept I'm in for this...I love the general shape & think it looks really aggressive...also I love how they are working parts in that come off, opt for off-road use, camping, etc without looking like add ons...the one thing I've never liked about the jeep is just the lack of space/wasted space for various things with it...and I HATE the canvas tops and doors.

I'd opt for the 4 door version for sure & would hope/love that they bring out possibly a Raptor like package or at least the configurations that the JEEP follows which is Sport, Sahara, Rubicon with the Rubicon being the top dog.

I'm always weary jumping into model year 1 but I think I'd do it on this one.

Motorcraft FL-1A is what my 4.0 Jeep sees... doesn't help with the 10psi hot oil pressure, but it's been running like that for years... lol. It was one of those where the previous owner probably did 3 oil changes in 160k miles... I've done 10+ in the last 13k miles to clean out the gunk, and it's finally getting there. I open up the filters every time and it amazes me that after this many oil changes and even straight diesel flushes, I still find gunk inside the filters.

It will be worth the wait, I think we will be impressed. Design and performance will impress and put the completion on notice.
