No... had to rebuild the mechanism twice in my ‘88 FSB, and it was metal construction. I’d hate to imagine how much it would break with all of the plastic brackets and cables they use in modern vehicles.

Not the rear panel. Only the rear side panels can be removed.

Ah yes. I misinterpreted the question to be asking if the side windows on the 2-door are also removable.

The rear most flip up glass is not designed to be removed separate from the top.... only flipped up.
