Dang, then what the heck is going on with mine? Been over 2 months now. Guess I'll call yet again in a few days.

Your case was closed without action or you were denied a transfer?Figured I would join the fun. Ordered on 7/17/20 with Granger. On 10/14/21 notified the Bronco Specialist team of wanting to transfer for lack of Granger allocations. Was told 5-7 days. contacted them 2 weeks later and was told "we will let you know soon, don't call us".
today (after my 4th call back) was told "your case is closed". When I asked why or could I talk to a supervisor was told "it will be escalated to a supervisor, hold on" I was then given a Ford Satisfaction Survey before it hung up. I called back and after being transferred twice was told a supervisor would call me in 5-7 days. I told her "I guarantee that won't happen, that there are 19 pages of problems with this process on a blog site" I don't think it impressed her, but she said she was sorry.
Like the rest of you, I am just trying to buy a Bronco.
Hey, just a side note: I own a 16 F-150 that I took in for the door hinges not working when its cold. Ford issued a recall but my local dealer in Florida said they don't have the parts as it is not cold here. It took my wife 2 days of phone calls to try and make an appointment to get it fixed before we travel up north for Christmas.
So why do I want another Ford? I either have no life or I must be a masochist
I had that issue a couple weeks ago too where the rep claimed that the case was closed (after absolutely ZERO communication from Ford on the request) so I had to open another request but I'm not so sure these guys know what they're talking about half the time because a handful of the reps I talk to claim there is absolutely no process to transfer dealers, at least not once you've converted your res to an order.Figured I would join the fun. No action on my part or notification from them except my phone call asking for progressYour case was closed without action or you were denied a transfer?
Thanks. Did they say your transfer request was denied? No action on my part or notification from them except my phone call asking for progress
No, just "case closed"Thanks. Did they say your transfer request was denied?
My new dealer advised they have received nothing on the reservation change.Again, a new bit of info from my weekly call.
Today I was advised that Ford sent my request for a dealer change to my new dealer on November 19th. Have emailed to confirm and will advise the forum if this was actually true.
She couldn't tell me anything if Ford had contacted my old dealer.
I am just getting numb from this but will keep trying.
Good luck all!
