Much of this is why I bailed and bought my JL Rubi. Waited and waited for the base to off hold and then it got dropped, throw in dealers that wanted to gouge on price but couldn't give a guess on lead time, by then I was sufficiently irritated. Presto!
Granger came through for me, on an earlier placed under $30k base order I figured would never amount to anything. Otherwise I would likely not own a Bronco.

Come on Ford bring back the lower cost base versions, you're currently $8k higher in price over Wrangler to get into a Bronco.

Naturally aspirated V8
Iā€™d love a bench seat but not going to give up the four gears it would sacrifice for a column shift. That being said, axel gearing that suits 6th with said naturally aspirated V8. Better yet, leave off 6th gear altogether - itā€™s a bit overkill. Iā€™m not into running thru gears for the sake of it, and if I did, Iā€™d do it in a sports car.
Framed window
Spare tire swing / able to open lift glass without opening tailgate.
Drop down tailgate.
Larger 2dr gas tank / aux tank.
Improve instrument cluster / add an analog tach.
Relocate ACC to clear winches and bull bars.
Bring back Cyber Orange

Granger sold me my JL, well under sticker. They deserved the sale after how much pestering I did regarding Bronco.

On the bold, agreed. No matter how I try to spin it, there's no justification in my mind.

6) better interior quality or bring the prices down to match the current quality

Another Option Package with:

Titanium Skin with a shape memory alloy
DLC applied to titanium
Bullet proof glass
Diesel, Gas or Kerosene flex fuel option V8
6 speed Tremec (7 speeds appear problematic)
Caterpillar tread option, Standard Run Flat Tires.
Roof or roll bar mounted M107

It can be called the Bronco Apocalypse. Treads instead of Tires The Bronco Apocalypse TEOTWAWKI.

Loving our '22, but I would consider a '25 for:

1) Ventilated seats. Yeah, I know not hardcore/mall crawler, but outside here in TN the seats (and the peoples) get hot with the tops off
2). Updated/Raptor style gauge cluster. No explanation needed here.
3). Rear AC vents. Not a deal maker, but still
4). Bring back the Rapid Red color (or Antimatter Blue)--both of which were not available on the '23 we eventual had ordered, delivered and did not take delivery of.

Ars Technica has an interesting story about "The 10 things car buyers say they want in their next car". Interesting what those are, although a lot of these are tech I wouldn't/don't care for:

1. Wireless phone charger
2. (tie) Backseat wireless charger
3. (tie) Heated and ventilated seats
4. Rain-sensing windshield wipers
5. (tie) Moonroor/sunroof
6. (tie) Shared driver profiles (Android Auto)
7. 110v plug
8. Rear sunshades
9. Rear cross traffic alert with automatic emergency braking
10. Built-in air compressor

Of course, 1/2 are LOL's for Broncos. You can put the charger in the Bronco, but the charger no need to work??

Ventilated seats would be nice with lux package.

We have 1/3ish/4?/5 :LOL:/9.

10 would be AWESOME.

I personally would like nicer plastic and better interior everything, but that's just me... Also a way to option the Rock Jock AntiRocks and maybe even 74W portals (done right).

What is the Bronco missing that would make it's features really stand out?
#1 and only:
FIX THE MIC!!! I would suggest a fully aluminum hard top and still have the removable two front panels. The current top is still questionable in quality, concerns whether it will hold up over time and it has to be cutting into Ford's profitability on the Bronco. So.....change the design!

1) ACC and camera that work with a winch or winch capable bumper
2) Cast iron front differential housing and ditch the IWE
3) Higher payload

And for 2026, since I'm hoping Ford will announce some cool stuff for that special Bronco Anniversary, how about a Raptor R with an aluminum block 7.3L V8?

Do people really like wireless chargers that much? I still haven't used one in a car that was half decent.

Ventilated seats would be my #1 though
I have the peak designs magsafe charger in mine, works great, but unfortunately doesn't keep up if I'm streaming music and using google maps for navigation, it just holds the charge steady or charges very slowly. Also in the summer with the phone on the dash it gets warm and stops charging.

Edit: I'd like to see a one-piece semi-permanent hardtop option. After watching the Litebrite video on the APG one piece hard top and how much quieter it is, that is probably my biggest gripe, the wind noise on top of the tire noise on the highway. If it were quieter it would be a killer road trip vehicle.
