Granger Ford is leading the way and offering $1000 below dealer invoice plus an additional $300 off if you have x-plan. While it is an excellent deal, and Albert is an awesome resource, that savings gets eaten up pretty quick in travel and or shipping costs from Iowa to TX. It is our groups plan to offer a competing deal with less of a logistics headache.

Thank you! I can't tell you how excited I am for the Bronco, but the thought of the dealer shenanigans really lets the wind out my sails. The dealer part turns what should be such a joyful experience into one of the worst experiences possible. Over the years I probably would have bought many other cars if it wasn't for the dealer experience.

There has been tremendous interest [see list & discussion thread] among many of us to come together to strengthen our purchasing power within Texas and surrounding states. Many of you have asked to be included if such a group were formed. Well, now that group formally exists!

This is an organized and legitimate effort to make the purchasing program many of us have seen available elsewhere available here in Texas without the hassle of the multi-state journey required in order to bring our new toy home. By combining our collective resources, we believe we can persuade a local Texas Ford dealer to offer something similar others in the country enjoy. If successful, not only will we all have a fantastic new vehicle to enjoy but also will have leveraged a large group of like minded individuals to achieve the benefits only a large group can. We need your help and your participation. Our goal is to begin negotiating with Texas dealers no later than Labor Day, if not sooner, and to have an agreement in place within weeks thereafter so everyone will have ample time to move their reservation.

We have not locked ourselves into any one tactic and are considering multiple strategies to get us the best pricing. It is important that everyone answer the follow-up survey honestly as this data will influence the groups direction.

What about out of state buyers? Arizona?

Out of state buyers are more than welcome to participate.

As of now, everyone will be responsible for receiving their Bronco. Either by picking it up in person or arranging delivery to their home location. Purchase plan information will be provided early enough before the October dealer switch deadline so buyers will be able to factor in any travel/shipping costs before making a final decision on where to purchase their Bronco.
