You are going to have to travel east an hour or two. Lake Fork is the one of the best large mouth bass lakes around. Tawakoni is good for stripper, hybrids and catfish. I fished Ray Roberts couple of weeks ago for crappie and didn't catch a thing. Forget about the lakes inside the metroplex (Grapevine, Lewisville or Hubbard) those are more party lakes.I’ve completed mine. Any good lakes to fish in the Dallas area?
Lake Fork has been on my hit list. Other than bass. Good for flatheads? Not sure that’s even caught in TexasYou are going to have to travel east an hour or two.
