Zip Tied Washer Bottle

Just picked up my new Bronco last Friday. Noticed a zip tie appearing to partially support the windshield washer bottle. Anyone else have this?

This one talks about how they were updated to have a zip tie. That may actually be the one I was thinking about.

Would seem that way.
Wonder if its tension is calibrated? Perhaps like the belts on my motorcycle, they hook a piano tuner up and thumb it zip tie to insure it's got the right tone.....
Okay maybe that's a bit much for a zip tie.

its not even angled or tapered!! do you have to park the car sideways on a slope to fill the windshield washer res??

I think the engineering term you are all looking for is “janky”.

As in, “that filler is ‘janky’ as fuck. Think we aught to put a zip tie on it.”
