Looks great! When you move up to the KM3s, are you going to leave stock SAS wheels on it? If so, please post pictures and let us know if you are getting any rubbing.

Yes, I do plan on keeping the stock Sasquatch wheels. I don't anticipate rubbing issue based on what I've seen on other builds in here, but I'll definitely post any that I have. I will likely go to Badlands Offroad park in Indiana within the next few weeks to 'play'.

Well 37s are on and I haven't heard any rubbing yet. Will look at more tomorrow, but all I've done is highway driving so far.

Looks good. Keep an eye on your tailgate. I suspect Ford added extra support to the Raptor tailgate for a reason. You’re our guinea pig test pilot to see how well it holds up with 37s hang off of it.

It seems to be fine at the moment. I ordered the reinforcement kit last week, but haven’t got it yet. Plan on putting it on as soon as it gets here. I don’t open the back often , so it should be just fine till then.

Alright, so I went out today to do some photos and video (for YouTube) and while out, I did a clearance check. The Tires have good clearance with the frame and crash mount brackets. HOWEVER, the UCAs are extremely close to the inside of the tire. My initial thoughts are 1/4" to 1" spacers. What do you guys think?

Looks good but I agree with you on the spacer I think the one inch would work great
