Hey everyone! I was getting frustrated with. It being able to find a configuration I was pumped about so decided to tweet Mike Levine and he got back to me! Sounds like we won’t lose our place in the priority que if we decide to hold off this year- just thought someone else here may benefit so wanted to share!

Updated Jan 21 with latest tweet from Levine on this:

Original tweet from Jan 15:

Ford Bronco Levine: you can keep your place in line for a 2022MY (reservation time stamps won't change) B3FB225A-B7E1-4B04-B7AB-A85E93ECB26B

That would imply that the dealer has some, possibly fairly large, input into the priority of each reservation. He also seems to have implied that we have to convert in order to keep our spot in line, which makes perfect sense. Convert now with the instruction to dealer to push us to Model Year 22 (even though our number may force us there anyway).

My zone rep just called me back and told me that reservations will hold, so if you want a 2022, you can wait to order until this fall when 2022 ordering opens and time stamp will still follow. I've not seen this in print yet, I trust him, but I'd still like to see it in print to be 100% sure.

I also just spoke with my dealer about possibly moving my 7/13 reservation to a MY22 and he said it was an easy process and that your reservation will remain with your initial time stamp. So just echoing what @XCR440 said, it is true! Really leaning towards waiting a few extra months for the MY22 options

Sorry to muddy this up.....my understanding is that if you don't order by the end of March your order is canceled and $100 returned to you. At that point you would have no reservation number or time stamp. IDK!!

That was the plan when Ford was planing on being able to build all the reservations as 21's, now that's out the window.

This is what I will be doing. Is your store offering 1k under invoice? And invoice on accessories?

This is what I was waiting for. I have an early morning 7/14 reservation but want the body color painted modular top. Now I can hold off on ordering until MY22 opens and should get my Bronco earlier than other similar builds with a later reservation. Still want to talk to my dealer and confirm...

Do me a solid tweet this to Levine ask he can hint us some greens. I'd really love to know. Kinda unfair not know the colors. They got a shade of green I'm into I def might 22MY. Thank you! I don't have tweeter. Or at least see if they plan on telling the public next few months what new colors might be!

We might have to take into consideration of a major price increase waiting for a 22. Ford will probably increase price every quarter. All car companies do this. My question for Mike is if we wait, do we have to pay going price for a 22 or are we locked in on price now. Count on paying 1000-2000 more for a 22.
