So I was lucky enough to have a smart dealership realize that there is a different part number for the tube doors. Not the motorsport one that says that they’re not shipping till July. So ordered and got them 2 days later. Fit and finish is great the drivers side back took way more shims than any of the others but lines up with the inch of shims on the bottom hinge. I’m still torn if I want a powder coat then white.

White's cool, but I think black looks better with the wheels and black accents.

What's the cost on these?? I don't need them (hell I didn't need to buy a Bronco but here we are), but after seeing this I absolutely want them.

edit: I just noticed you have the exact same child car seat as me. That's a perfect visual haha.

Maybe the Motorsport part number that isn’t available until July is to allow the maker enough time to revise the fixture for the driver’s side rear door so the bottom hinge doesn’t require an inch of shims? 🤔

Maybe but I live in New England and only have about 3 months where I can use these doors so I’m happy to have them.
Also think about this how will they get the feedback if the kits aren’t out here. Just like me getting this loud a$$ hard top back in Oct, sure I could have waited or changed to a soft but where is the fun in that.

Glad to see these making their way into the wild. Disappointed to see the build construction still looks rather sub-par. I'm specifically referring to the welds. When we got them in on some of the test vehicles I just assumed it was because they were just being hand assembled and welded for proof-of-concept but it appears that they still have that rough weld look in the final product. It's totally personal preference and there's no negative to say about it overall just seems like it would be a little bit cleaner. They look basically exactly how they looked in prototype which is just odd.

Below is how I would have expected them to arrive to customers. Maybe this is why you got them fast your dealer could have gotten an early batch not really intended for release? This would explain the effort to fit them cleanly via shimming.

Please don't take this as a dig personally against your doors and definitely still enjoy them I was just pointing out an oddity with them.

Maybe I missed something, but I did not have to shim anything on mine. I did receive a box of shims.

Yeah, the part number was different then the one I gave them. Four days to get mine and couldn’t be happier. People on the road are always staring and yelling “Those are awesome!”

The rear drivers door on my set wouldn't even close, it was clear it need top shims removed and the bottom added to. All the other 3 went on perfect.
