So after an early AM blood pump workout Today. I had nothing to do so I went to Homedepot grabbed the T45 hex, rattle can BLK. Gloss. And the Scotch bright extreme scrubber.
Removed all rings. Took to basement because it’s 20deg outside. Grabbed a bottle of alcohol & microfiber rag. Cleaned good. Used extreme scrubber to rough up the rings a bit, a lot actually. Cleaned off with alcohol & clean microfiber cloth. Cranked up heat. Allowed to dry. Then used the entire rattle can on 5 rings. Opened small basement windows to ventilate basement. Let dry for 4.5 hrs then reinstalled on rims. Easy peezy. So much better 🤙🏽
