Then maybe these W709976-S450B?

I seem to recall them being more like these, but could be wrong.

I seem to recall them being more like these, but could be wrong.

I looked at every piece of hardware they've got listed for both styles of bumper, shields/wheel wells, fender flares and couldn't find any that looked like these.
