Uneven Front Hardtop Panels

Curious to know how other's front panels fit on their Bronco. Is it normal for there to be some unevenness or are they meant to be completely flat?

Sweet, I have the same issue. Plus, part of the weatherstrip is popped up.

And the damn rear cap is cracking under the window, which is warrantable.

Hmm, the TSB is 2021-2022. Not clear why it's limited.

Knock on wood, I’ve never had a single drop of water leak and I’ve taken the front tops off dozens of times, so I guess I’ll consider myself fortunate and keep truck’n until I replace it with a soft top someday.

Take it to your dealership. My MIC got replaced the beginning of March for that and the "honeycomb" issue.

My 2023 2 door Badlands is the same...uneven... so I too assumed it's normal too!

You can easily adjust the latch points to fix this. You need to pull down the overhead console to get access to the latch plate bolts. They adjust up/down.

same for my 2023 BD. No water or sound issues.
