Replaced the silver shackles with Orange 8 Ton Shackles. Now I have an extra set of Shackles in my recovery bag.

Got my plates in so Installed the DV8 front license plate bracket. I like how it sits but a couple things that could be improved:
1. Supply two longer screws for where the bracket attaches to the bumper. The factory ones are short and recessed.
2. The clearance of the top two holes in the bracket from the bumper don’t really allow enough space for the supplied bolt/nut. I just zip tied to avoid scratching up my bumper. Other than that, daddy likey.

I've got the DV8 as well - still no Braptor (5/29 build week). What size replacement bolts (M5/M6? Length?)did you get? I was planning on using a nylon washer/spacer between the bracket and the bumper for the reason you mentioned - and took it a step further and put rivnuts in the holes for the license plate to not have to worry about nut and washer.

Maybe try the wet method when installing? Not sure how well that would work though since it is such a small space to push all the liquid out.

I used a hair dryer to flatten it out better and push all the edges down for the letters (I used a pick tool for this).

I then used the pick tool to help me line up the bottom "scratch" marks since the vinyl is so tiny. Hair dryer again to flatten it all out and make better adherence.

Curious. Are you concerned about the strength of the factory arms? The Foutz ones are beautiful and baller, but seem like overkill. Going to get a color anodized set?

Well did a few things, License Plate Frame came in, I put on orange stem covers to match the orange brake calipers, and I installed IAG Lift gate.

i like overkill i have full monoball suspension on my GT3 so may as well do it to The braptor (aka dirt gt3) as well
