I would assume so as those are the “severe duty” racks.
I’d be curious if just buying a WT rack from your local parts counter would program the same as this one or if they potentially changed something so only these will program with the procal (I can’t see them doing that though)

I thought the same. From what I have read about the two they are the same.

Well, I don’t know how to tell you so I’ll be blunt

every year(s) manufactures of almost anything look for ways to improve,update or redesign things. I’d suppose if they put a v8 in they should retrofit it, as well?

then you have to make the decision if you buy the new(er) version or keep what you have.

I can give examples of this happening.

As many time as your rack has failed have you asked your repairing dealership if they would offset/split the upgrade with you? That may be an option. I think this is the best approach.

mine hasn’t failed but I do take it off-road locally.m, and Moab/ouray so I’m not sure I’m a good litmus test

So, what's the difference between the FP steering rack, and a 2024 Badlands steering rack? I think the 24 BL rack is close, if not the same price, plus or minus a core charge if they accept a 2.0 rack in exchange.

So, this is the best upgrade rack available? Other than 74Weld? I’m confused on compatibility. Will it work on my ‘24 non sas BD 4-door mid-package? It does have lane assist. (I turn it off as it’s annoying)

LAST WEEK MY DEALER ORDERED THE STEERING RACK FOR ME THEY ONLY HAD 3 AVAILABLE. Will be installed at the beginning of May after having installed my summer tires with 0 offset METHOD and doing alignment. total price = $4012.37 with taxes CDN.

I BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE IS AT THE TYE ROD LEVEL. Ford OEM versus FORD PERFORMANCE Tye rod.
FORD HOSS 3.0 original parts on BADLAND 2024 INSTALLED ON BADLAND 2023 would be guaranteed by FORD.
