Fantastic response. I did 10 seconds either way and it fixed my rear window. Thanks for the response. These responses are so helpful from time to time.
The solution mentioned here fixed my issue from the original poster. It was fixed in less than 1 minute. A trip to the dealer would take hours. If we all went to the dealer for every little thing there wouldn't be much need in a forum 😉
Cool product. It's just a shame that we live in a world where we have to pay 900 bucks to have tie rods that don't break doing simple driving. It's like this with all things automotive these days though. A bumper cover for my mustang that cost 600 2 years ago is 1200 today. Very cool product...
I like it. My wife needed side steps as soon as we tossed the lift on though. I've not had a single person say negative things about the bronco out in public. It's a hit for sure. Having some kind of 35's just really make a bronco a bronco in my opinion. The stock big bend tire size just looks...
The biggest thing I think of is that it will impact my next purchase. My f150 will be paid off in July so we probably want something that gets 25+ mpg highway after this bronco 😜
Again. My f150 has LONGER gears than my bronco. Also has LESS power than my bronco. I'm not the only person on this forum with the same feedback coming from a 2.7 f150. You can kindly leave this thread. Just giving MY experience. You can say anything you want on your own thread, bud. I'm not...
That's correct but the gearing isn't going to make that big of a difference in my opinion. The biggest thing I can think of at the moment is the power difference between 87 octane and 93 octane. Ultimately it's all relative. It's way faster than our rogue but it's still slow. It doesn't have to...
That's really the only explanation because it's very noticable. I just expected it to be as peppy as my truck even with the gearing difference since it's got more power. I still love it though. Very much wish I would have opted to wait it out on locking diffs though. I ended up having to wait an...
My 4x4 errors were apparently a result of changing tire size and disabling auto start stop in Forscan somehow? Pretty annoying but obviously they aren't as simple to to change as they were on my 2015 f150. So I'll have to order a new OBD2 adapter and learn how to properly make edits on the...
I figure I'll be on here so I might as well post about the little build I have going if you can call it that right now. we took ownership of this thing a few weeks ago and immediately had a Zone 2" lift installed on it.
For the wheels, I went with 18" Black Rhino Chambers with +12 offset...
I've honestly never seen the price...yeah I'm out for 700. with these being so new, almost everything is really high for them. maybe in about 5 years we can mod them without a 2nd mortgage :)
any word on where that ground is located? I've noticed the fasteners that hold all the interior together are literally finger tight so it wouldn't surprise me if these things are going to end up rattling apart some day
update.
my dealer can't even look at this thing until the 24th. we're going to just continue to drive it like normal as we don't really have any other option.
