360 cameras went full black

I received my 2022 Outer Banks - Lux 3 weeks ago and already found some issues. Even though it is 2022, it is new, only had 60km in the odometer. While parking, I wanted to explore the different camera modes it has, and when I clicked on the camera button, it only showed the car model, but everything else was black. I turned the camera off and on again and it worked. This has only happened once, but it is concerning since the car is new. Did anyone else experience this?

I had my back-up camera do it once, had a black screen and just showed the guide lines. It's worked fine after the one time. 2023 Badlands with Lux

Mines been doing it frequently for the past couple of weeks. It’s a 21 and just recently started but I also got a recall notice in the mail for it yesterday.

I already had my camera replaced months ago on my 21, and the other day the passenger side was blacked out, and now I got the recall notice.

'21 MY here too. My backup camera is on order for the recall. Last week the passenger side blacked out. Dealer did not indicate a recall on it, but it is under warranty still. Any additional details?

Mine (23 2dr High Package) has had the cameras blink off a couple times. Never had them not come back. I know some people have had issues, and I think there's a recall or something for earlier models.
