Use the Bestop thing for the front 2 panels or moar and get someone to make you some pop out windows. It should be less than a brand new OEM top.

@flip, do you know replacement part numbers? I found the rear lift gate, M2DZ7842006A but would think you could get a quote for the side glass from Safelite or someplace similar. The missing hatch I don't know either, but I'm sure flip will find it. Good luck!

Get with a good glass company and they can get and replace the side and back glass. The other part of the hard top just might have to come from Ford. My side glass leaked and the dealer called in a glass company to take it out and reseal it. I know they can get replacements.

Is the wiper, washer jet, hinge covers and wiring all there? Tinted glass? Where in KY are you? We have routes running to Louisville, Henderson, Owensboro, Bowling Green, Madisonville and can deliver parts if needed. Side glass will need to be urethaned in but the new glass has the alignment spacers on them.
