Ford Pass App - Submitting Self Service

Anyone figure out how to submit a self service (ie: oil change) through the new Ford Pass App? It used to be in the service tab you could “Add Record.”

I don’t see that option in the new app.

Mine shows add record.

I just got my bronco a few weeks ago, so I haven’t tried to add anything there yet though.

@dgorsett - am I missing something? I don’t even see a “Service History” section in the new version of the app. Luckily it lets you revert to the old version still. So, I was able to add it. But, I doubt they’ll allow that for long.

I downloaded it when I picked up my Bronco a few weeks ago.

I haven’t gone in to look for updates and have automatic updating shutoff.

Weird that the download from the App Store gave you the previous version. But, there should be a button in the app to switch over.

I did not know that was there! I will have to populate that info soon. Thanks

No in the new Beta it won't allow you to do that. I marked the beta as 1 star and responded about needing this info for the beta test. Hopefully Ford fixes it before releasing the full version to everyone.

Ah, thanks. Glad I’m not losing my mind…

That’s a super important feature for those that do their own maintenance when it comes to extended warranties.
