The new batch is currently being shipped by air, and it is expected to arrive at the warehouse within the next two to four weeks.

Might have a bit of an issue with the OEM rubber floor mats.
The perimeter lip does not have a cutout like the Mabett mats do.
I was out of town and have not had a chance to try to clip them on though to verify that potential "issue"
Based on the video posted by @Stripes136, I'm hoping it is flexible enough to get over it...

I've got the OEM mats. It was a little challenging, but I got them installed. It does kind of point them at the bottom of the seat a bit though...

I also have the oem all-weather floor mats and it was a little pain in the butt to get clipped in, but I did it. I don't see any issues with how they're fitting.

To anyone who has installed these, do they work well?

I had to return mine. Couldn't get them to work with the OEM rubber floor mats. I'm sure I could have "made it work" like others have said, but wasn't worth it for how little the vent deflectors would actually help. There just isn't enough fan speed in the Bronco at the rear floor in my opinion for them to be worth it.
