So what does this really mean? Can i pick up 2 of these motors and turn my bronco into an electric version? If so I am ALL in. I have a Mach-e now and going back to gas is going to suck.

It means you're still $25,000 away from an integrated solution after buying a $4,000 electric motor instead of them releasing a fully integrated hybrid from the start, ala the Maverick... or Jeep 4xe, or...

Man I got to do some research on this as more info is available. I mean I could drop from a 2.7 to 2.3 saving 2k. Rip out all the innards and sell everything and probably make 3-4k there. If it cost 15k to make the bronco electric I would do it in a heartbeat. THats my endgame vehicle.

You need one each for front and back to make it all wheel drive.
No, but if you wanted a P100D as a Bronco, you would. More electric motors just makes it heavier. Order a 2.3 manual, remove engine and transmission, bolt electric motor to the transfer case and fill the frunk with batteries, controllers, etc. Go watch Rich Rebuilds on YouTube.
