When the fuel pumps take a crap and here in Michigan everything is rusted to crap. Some times it’s a heck of a headache to take the bed off. Also aftermarket cheap Fuel pumps I’ve learned are not worth the savings.Which kind of begs the question, what the hell is he putting in his gas tank to keep F'ing up enough fuel pumps to warrant that hack?
this was mainly posted because I found it humorous. That said trail side in 10 years when ours are dedicated trail rigs this might happen.I'm just going to say this out loud: You are dumb if you cut a hole in your brand new Bronco because like 10 Broncos out of 10s of thousands had an issue with the fuel pump.
You'd be much better off just replacing the fuel pump every 75,000 miles (or whatever you come up with milage wise) that way it shouldn't ever be an issue on the trail. Carrying an extra fuel pump is a complete waste, if you buy one swap it out in a controlled environment.this was mainly posted because I found it humorous.
