I make a nice salary but took a slight pay cut in the long run. Its also much less hours and no bs or surveys with great beneifts so that offsets it. M-F 730-530 no Saturdays are the best part.

I am less than impressed with my dealership service center.
Have used dealership service centers for almost 20 years now and this one is by far the worst.

We do 7am to 5pm but do work one Saturday every 4 weeks. Even then it's a short Saturday until 12 so it's not bad. And lunch is provided on Saturday. No surveys must be nice though.

Nope, called at lunch and they said they still don't have any stalls available. Tow truck dropped it off a week ago and it hasn't moved from that spot. I also had to call 4 times and sit on hold for 20 minutes for someone to tell me that...no ETA on when they will look at it either.

I can imagine how annoyed you must be!!!
Too much time and cost already invested. Stay on top of them.

It’s obvious they are backed up and taking on more with little staff.
No excuses after 6 days to not even give a diagnosis? Smh.

Once it gets done. Hightail it out of there and never return!

Yes. And they said they had an availability wed at 7am. They still have not looked at it a week later.

Hey! Thanks for checking! They finally diagnosed the problem today as a bad fuel pump (like I told them 2 weeks ago) they ordered the part this afternoon. No ETA on when the part will get there. They had the audacity to tell me that it took so long for them to look at it because it has been raining. Their service area is all indoors...

Pretty much all service areas are indoors, unless I’m missing something! That’s a crazy reply to a client! Two weeks is not acceptable!

YES! Finally got it back this week. They had to manufacture new fuel pumps because the original ones from the early '21 releases were faulty. So far, so good. Hopefully no more issues for a while.
