2024 Bronco Scheduling This Week (11/30/23) for January 2024 Main Commit

Can someone more knowledgeable translate the last line: "Allocations week 6..."?

What does main commit mean?

I am starting to actually enjoy Ford's riddles. Haha.

Each week they allocate for future production weeks.
the first allocation week happened two weeks ago (allocation week 1)
so this is allocation week 3.
so far they are only scheduling for January production dates.
on allocation week 6 (3 weeks from now) they will be scheduling for January and February production dates meaning they will start scheduling February production 3 weeks from now and for the next two weeks they will only be scheduling January production.

that’s my best educated guess.

I think main commit means they are scheduling the orders to the dealers that have allocations to be filled. means they still have room for scheduling January production for non specialty trims.

It’s a two door Heritage Edition trim, sometimes they refer to it as a 3 door by adding the rear door.

2 door with heritage trim or 2 door heritage limited. Guess the third door is the back door

Ordered 2024 - 4 door Big Bend - White (V4), Hard-top, Signature lights on 17 August 2023 (Priority code 12). Fingers crossed that I get a scheduled production date this go around.

Where do the wild trak orders that are priority 10 from August 16 land in this equation?

I have a question concerning the availability of the manual transmission for the 2 door Bronco Heritage. For the 2024 model it is still listed as "standard equipment", however as we know, in 2023 Ford put a stop on manual transmissions. Does anyone know if the manual transmission is now available to order? Importantly, if we order the manual transmission, will it hold up our order? My dealer does not seem to have an answer.

Has anyone with a normal build been picked up yet or are they still only scheduling the specialty builds so far?

I'm pretty sure this week is going to be the first week for regular builds, maybe next week. The leaked stuff says so plus my dealership said only Heritage models and Raptors were scheduled last week for them.

Awesome thanks for the info! Time to start keeping eyes open for emails from Ford.
I have a 24 non sas badlands on order which im hoping is not a super popular build going with the non sas, maybe it will get picked up sooner. Could be totally off base on that though
