I just finished installing my new AGS Off Road Air Gate Kit. Not including running the wiring for the ARB, it took about 3 hours or so. I ordered the complete kit including ARB Twin mount, quick connect coupler with hose and mount and filter relocation kit. I'm extremely happy with the kit. Great job @AGSOFFROAD ! Good solid construction and an easy DIY installation. I have had the ARB Twin Compressor for about a year and got my BRaptor in Feb. It took me a while to commit to a permanent install solution, checking forums regularly for other options before going with the AGS kit.

I ran a #6 wire for the ARB's 40 amp circuit requirement through a rubber plug in the cargo floor behind the pass side panel in the cargo area, then down and across the frame to the driver's side and followed the existing harness along the driver's side frame up to the engine compartment where I previously installed a 6 circuit aux fuse panel. I used a bolt in the cargo area for the ground wires.

For the switch trigger wire I used the factory aux ready wire located behind the pass side cargo area panel and hooked up the necessary connections for the AUX6 upfitter switch position, since the ARB already has an internal relay this is a great option instead of mounting the switch that comes with the compressor.

For inflating and deflating I'm using a Thor's Lightning Rapid 4-Tire Air System which comes complete with a gauge and storage bag.

Combined, these 2 systems really make airing down and back up quick and easy. All 4 tires get the same pressure every time whether you're airing up or down, and the compressor is in a perfect, out of the way location where it's safe and gets enough ventilation for cooling.

In a nutshell, I highly recommend the ARB Twin and both kits for your BRaptor if you plan on using your machine for what it's built for. I've had an ARB Twin mounted in my '67 race Bronco for about 10 years and it's always been flawless. To me it's worth the extra coin for the most badass 100% duty rated on board air option out there.

Very nice! I am really considering this setup. I currently have my ARB Twin installed on a custom mount inside the back. It takes up some space I’d really like to have back.

The camera sticks out beyond the fill port except when filling as shown. Maybe you can watch the guage from the comfort of the cab!

Nice set-up. Running the 6gauge power feed from the battery to the rear gate seems to be the worst part of this for me. Then, you have to add wires to the rear gate flexible wire harness? Otherwise this is an elegant solution. Im doing fine with an ARB Single under the hood for 33" tires, but if I had 37's, the twin is a great upgrade

I meant the pump looks like its mounted in the center of the door and the camera removed but in the pictures with the spare tire the camera is still there!

Camera is mounted to the tire holder. This hides the pump under the tire mount. Only the air chuck protrudes

So slick - I'd just be worried about weather-related stuff beating on that compressor?

The compressor is mounted behind the stock spare tire mount so it doesn’t interfere with the spare or the camera.

I haven’t found that to be an issue at all. I’ve had an ARB twin mounted under my ‘67 Bronco racer for the last 10 years with no issues. It’s been through the ravages of Baja, through rivers and streams, silt beds, etc. The important thing is to keep it clean after your runs and bring clean air into the unit.
In my ‘67 I ran a snorkel intake up in to the bed area. I use it for front and rear lockers as well as inflation.
Use weathertight electrical connections and you should be good to go.

Nice setup @Bukin67. What is a rough inflation time for taking all 4 tires from 10 or 15 psi up to 30 or 35?

The 4-way inflator is new for me and I never timed it the couple times I've used it, but I would guess it's about 10-15 minutes for 37x12.5.

The ARB compressor comes complete with a long enough wiring harness to get you back behind the side panel.
From there, connect to your main power wire you'll run up to the front and also ground wires.
You will need to lengthen the trigger wire to reach the Bronco aux switch wire behind the rear panel if you're setting it up like I did.
There's also a long ARB harness extension available if you want to run everything up front. Here's one link: https://expeditionessentials.com/products/bedside-compressor-mount-extension-harness

Thanks for the write up. Have been very interested in this same setup. You've convinced me to go ahead.
