I don't recognize the stream, but I have driven up in Big Canoe. That is a fun ride.

Is this open to the public or is there a fee?

Big Canoe is a gated community so you have to be a guest or rent something in there. Once in Jeep Trail is open to residents, renters and guests.

Also just noticed my profile pic is my '74 at the same crossing with a lot more water. Forgot about that!

Big canoe's Jeep Trail is fun and has some neat spots, but if you're looking for a public trail that has water crossings, check out Cashes Valley Road up near Blueridge. https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/georgia/cashes-valley-road

Another good one you can try is Nimblewill Gap: https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/georgia/nimblewill-gap-road

@D1A3 Nimblewood ends at the top and you can take Old Bucktown Rd down the other side. Old Bucktown rd is a little rougher but any bronco could make it down.
