Just a quick reminder, Sunday is a club ride day at Holly Oaks. We are meeting about 11AM at the main lot. The weather looks favorable for a topless experience as long as you don't mind getting some mud in your Bronco interior

If you have not been before, you need-

1. DNR Trail Stickers
2. Park Entry Pass (available for purchase on line, 9pm the night before)
3. Conforming flag.

Everything should be available for purchase at the park. It could get very busy, so buy your pass the night before. The prices are OK and the vendor is very helpful.

I should have about 25 MI Bronco Club stickers ($5 each) and I may also be sporting the prototype MI Bronco Club shirt.

*GMRS Channel 7 is the standard club "ride" channel

I was debating on the "topless" experience, just not sure how I will like the drive up and back. will it stay favorable or not?! Worst case I just take the front panels off for a semi topless ride! I am excited to see what they have done to the park since last time!

I brought my top bag home from the cabin so I could do the fast swap. So I guess I am going with a "halter or tube" top.

Bought my punch card and plan to be there Sunday.

*question from pure ignorance* Do you guys have a ham or what other means do you use to lock into Channel 7?

This would be first time offroading (except for the off-roadeo). Feeling a little nervous it will be too crowded for me? Also wondering how/ where to mount the flag.

Why don't we plan for anybody that hasn't been to Holly Oaks yet to meet about 10:30? For those of you that have the modular bumper, you have a flag mount built into the bumper end BTW. It will save you a few $ and I like the look better, although you have to pull an end cap off the bumper (held on by Bronco bolts). I will bring my Torx+ bit and make quick work of the mount as needed. For others (or if you don't want to pull your end cap off), the vendor sells a mount that works on your tow hook. @yeet can you or someone post a similar message on Facebook? Jeff's Bronco Graveyard (in Brighton https://broncograveyard.com/ ) sells a trail sight mount that's pretty cool looking too. I think we get a 10% discount through B6G?

I bought this trail site. Looks like it’s made pretty good but haven’t installed it yet just wanted to share my initial thoughts

I bought the trailsight mount but the flag pole that I ordered never came in. Do they sell the flag poles out there or is their a place near canton/Plymouth

They have them at the park. You can probably find them somewhere else for a few $ cheaper, but make sure you match the requirements if you do. I had to replace my flag from the Amazon flag I ordered (the vendor at Holly Oaks had those too

). There are measurement requirements and it has to be rectangular.
