Seattle checking in. I have a reservation with Landmark Ford in Portland, OR. They honor X-Plan pricing and are still contemplating if they can match Granger's deal. I will let them know if they can do that we have close to 10 people, who'll be interested in buying from them. The deal from Sunset Ford of Sumner looks good as well since it's free oil changes for lifetime.

I'm at Landmark as well, i think with enough swing they would match Granger. One of the guys at the dealership told me they have the most reservations in the state right now, take that with a grain of salt of course.

I would switch in a heartbeat. Who is your sales person? I’d be happy to contact and let them know I would switch if they do it. Perhaps we should all push them?

This is great news! I'm currently at Landmark as well. I've been working via email with Kari Locke. She's been communicative and open throughout the process. Hopefully we won't have to switch dealers.

I would switch. My dealer will do something for me and other existing reservation holders but does not want to advertise even that. They are "MSRP" and don't want or think they can handle the volume if they did a Granger deal. I have done all I can with them and I don't see them changing their minds so my two reservation are up for PNW buyers group and or Western US Buyers group preferred dealer/s.

Hey guys, I have some bad news. Email from Landmark Ford is as follows:

Sorry I missed your call, it was my weekend. I just got a clarification from the manager that X-Plan is usually a couple hundred of dollars and he will do X-Plan if you qualify but we will not be matching the $1300 under invoice like they are offering. Sorry, if it were up to me id love to make it work for you guys, but unfortunately it isn't.

I did call them and have two reservations up for consideration. What gathered from is: Landmark is an "Invoice dealer" with X plan. X plan is understood by some better than me but it guarantees you don't get stuck with out of control doc fees and other admin charges as well as some pricing incentives. Not so bad.
My conversation lead me to believe that the price would be a little below invoice. I was left with the impression deal could change with increased interest. Nothing in writing. The search continues.
