Has anyone done a stereo upgrade here in the bay area? Looking for a reputable place, especially if they have worked on new broncos before.

I don't have a recommendation for a car stereo shop. I do my car stereo upgrades myself. What are you looking to do? Do you have the standard stereo or B&O? I will be replacing my B&O dash speakers with JL audio C1-400x speakers. I bought two pairs from Crutchfield and have a single spare if you're interested? I will also be replacing the rear pods speakers with Hertz DCX 4" speakers. Depending on how satisfied I am with those speakers upgrades, I may replace the sub-woofer with a Kicker 8" 48CWRT84 shallow mount and install a Kicker Key 500.1 amp. There are threads here on 6G explaining how to replace the speakers and install the amp. These upgrades are not that difficult to do yourself. Search for and review these threads here on 6G, and maybe call a Crutchfield advisor to decide whether you want to do these upgrades yourself.

@TABadlands Do you still have the single JL audio C1-400x? I am looking to do this upgrade and am interested.

Yes, I have a JL C1-400x single. They make a big difference. You'll be happy. I got the pair for $100.00 $50.00 + shipping sound good? I could do PayPal, Zelle, etc. Or if your not too far from Concord we could meet halfway?

Just finished an audio overhaul with Lotts Auto Stereo in Santa Cruz, and I'm very happy with their work and the final product. Replaced the base front speakers with Focal separates - tweeter in the dash, midbass in the kick panels. JL Audio 5-channel amp with DSP and an 8" JL sub box. Plan to post photos soon!
