Anyone know how to switch dealerships? Every time I contact McCoy Mills in Fullerton they seem not to know any information at all!

Can Customers update their dealer selection for their reservation?

Customers may reach out to Ford Customer Support at (800) 334-4375 for assistance in updating their dealer selection through January 31, 2021. In changing dealers, there will be no impact to a customer's reservation ID, vehicle details, or the associated timestamp.

I was having discussions with McCoy Mills and kept getting the same thing. We don't have any information or we are selling at MSRP. I ended up switching to Granger for my reservation.
