I am gonna be heading to AZ in two weeks with two other Riggs, (Jeeps) to run Backway to Crown King, Broken Arrow & Schnebly Hill. First, if anyone is interested in joining on the run, second can any of you locals give any suggestions related to these trails?

Appreciate all support

for Broken Arrow and Schnebly Hill,
1, watch out for the Pink jeeps, they run a lot of tours out there. They're super friendly and helpful, just know that there's a lot of them.
2. When you're done, you'll want to go to Butterfly Burger outside Oak Creek

Schnebly Hill is a nice trail ..... not too technical .... but full of sharp, jagged small rock .... definitely plan on airing down

The upper side of Schnebly Hill may still be closed when you come; the Forest Service typically closes the gate by late November and reopens it at some point in April I think. Personally I think it's more enjoyable to simply transit it from the top to the bottom (better views in that direction) than going up and back down. Nothing overly technical, but extremely rocky and slow-going as mentioned.

Broken Arrow is neat; haven't done it in awhile but always fun. You may want to look into getting permits for Soldier Pass also; it's quick but interesting. Some of the other Sedona area trails such as the Outlaw Loop and Diamondback Gulch are great runs also.

Backway to Crown King is a blast. Most of the really rough areas have bypasses so you can pick how difficult you want things to be. I got through it back in 2021 with a 4Runner TRD Pro on 32 inch tires, but there were a couple pretty tricky sections including one area near the top where we had to winch a non-Rubicon Jeep that got high-sided.
