Not from southern IN but I have had my dealer contact me a few times as well as respond within 24hrs of me contacting them with any questions I have had.

@Melissa948 welcome! I’m from Northwest INDIANA - I have been in touch with my dealership the entire time but to be fair and honest and I literally just bought a 2020 Escape from them in May. I’ll now be trading it back in for the Bronco. I’m reserved with Fieldhouse Ford in Demotte. I have had a great experience with them and that’s why I am staying with them. Best wishes on your Bronco experience.
