Hey everyone. Just joining this form group. I’m in Central North Carolina about 45 minutes from Uwharrie. When it opens up if anybody wants to head out there just let me know.

We're heading from SOBX to the TN Off-Rodeo event on April 13th. We're leaving Friday and heading back on to the coast on Tuesday. If anyone is headed west that weekend and wants to hit Uwharrie that Sat or Sun, we would be up for it. I haven't been before so I'm not looking for hero lines.

Is it realistic to think 3-5 hours is enough if we get there in the morning for an easy loop and wrap up in the early afternoon and continue on to TN?

We'll be staying in Boone on Friday and Saturday night so we can check out Grandfather Mountain during the weekend. Looks like Brown Mountain OHV is about an hour from Boone so I may try to head there for a quick out and back.

A buddy, fellow Bronco owner, and I were in Uwharrie on the 18th. It was our first time and both can't wait to go back. I'm in Cameron so it's roughly an hour and 20 minute drive for me.

We ran Rocky Mount Loop, Sawmill, Slab Pile, Wolfden, and Lakeview. I would like to run Dutch John and Dickey Bell next but prefer to do it with someone who's done it before.

Anyone interested in getting a trip started?

We are also looking to run Hurricane Creek and Buzzard Roost Road in August. We plan on doing it on our way to the Tennessee Off Rodeo on the 8th.

Cool. We didn't make it to Uwharrie on our trip to the TN OffRoadeo, but I'd like to get there before it gets too hot.

A fellow member and I are planning a trip to Uwharrie if anyone is interested.
