Anyone dealing with Metro Ford in Miami? Order placed March 2 - Carbonized Grey Badlands, w/ SAS, Lux, Leather trim, tow and winch packages. They're telling me it will likely be 1st qtr 2022 delivery due to Sasquatch package. If I drop that, it will be sooner, next fall2021. ???

Nope. But I can tell a dealer or its salespeople have no idea with certainty, they are taking a stab in the dark. There are a couple of other items you also listed that are on the commodity list that were listed. I wouldn't base my order on speculating what may or may not be available. Order exactly what you want and deal with the delay if it comes up.
Reservation date? All they can tell you for certain is where you stand within their allocations.
